Process

schedule inspection

One of our project managers will meet for an  on site inspection, this will include measuring the space, and understanding the projects requirements to achieve results required. 

approved contract

Our team will send a proposal toproperty owners. We will send out our contract to be signed by any property owners, management groups, or HOAs.

demolition

Set up tools and equipment and begin with the demo of the existing waterproofing/materials.

Framing replacment (if any)

Although we cannot know exactly how much water damage has occured from the old waterproofing system, typically 10-15% of underlayment/plywood may need to be replaced. This cost will be determined after the full demolition of the existing finish. 

waterproofing system

Process for waterproofing begins, concrete with slope, waterproofing underlayment, lath, primer, etc. 

finish coat

Finish coat with texture and color will be applied, or if requested, concrete sluury coat will be applied for the installation of tile or pavers. 

stucco patch and paint touchups

All stucco patch will be done, with black paper lath.
